The premier episode of Car Warriors on Speed aired February 24th after the Daytona Truck race. The 48 hour build fest lived up to it's name as two teams fought to win.  The winning team was Inland Empire Auto Body led by our own Brad Fanshaw as Lead Technician.  Here is the Camaro that won and to see more photos visit bonspeed Brad Fanshaw on facebook and LIKE him too.

Digital gauges, custom center console and complete.

The Inland Empire team won the Engine Challenge to begin and then styled this custom interior to highlight the exterior and motor compartment.

Fabricated bumpers, traction bars and plenty of power.

The car flew at the track and burned a ton of rubber thanks to the tri-power 450hp small block motor.

The fabricated traction bars that Brad had the team make really got that power to the pavement.

The wheels are offered in two styles and branded "bonspeed for DSE" and have styling specifically for DSE. The wheels in this line are each machined from aerospace quality 6061-T6 forged billet aluminum. They are engineered and designed to reduce unsprung weight and fit the specific DSE applications or any custom fitment.

A classic five-spoke design never looked so fast and light. Although the spokes are narrow they are each enhanced with a wide reinforcement rib. They can be ordered polished with the machined rib in each window or in a variety of race-ready finishes. bonspeed for DSE wheels are at home on any street car or weekend racer. Available in 17", 18", 19" or 20" diameters and a selection of widths, this wheel features the flat cap and front mounted valve stem*. The wheels can also be ordered in a variety of exclusive Color Forged™ finishes.

LMP Mesh
No whimpy thin spoke wheel here, this mesh look offers a ready for action rectangular window and supporting truss type reinforcement. Standard in polish or one of several take no prisoners special coatings, it will provide any car with an attitude adjustment. Available in 17", 18", 19" or 20" diameters and a selection of widths features the flat cap and front mounted valve stem*. The wheels can also be ordered in a variety of exclusive Color Forged™ finishes.

* Note not all backspace applications are suitable to the front mount valve stems.

Super Chevy Magazine Shootout- Features Hotchkis Wagon

Super Chevy Magazine invites the suspension gurus and chassis specialists out for a day of hard charging action. They call this the Super Chevy Shootout and manufacturers all bring out the best they have.

Now you would expect that these would be Camaros, Mustangs, Cudas and anything that comes to mind when we speak autocross, road courses and such.

This year Hotchkis suspension showed up with this rare 2-door Malibu wagon. While preparing the car they called Nitto for tires and bonspeed for the all important wheels.

With just a week to prepare our factory went into high gear and machined a set of pro-touring, road course worthy 18" Crokus style wheels with big back pads to clear the massive brakes.

The wagon did tremendously well, but you will need to catch a spring 2010 issue of Super Chevy magazine for the results and tech specs on the car.
